Case Study - Allowing the excavator to float to the surface for a wider variety of operations

to float through modification services.
With the increasing consumption of the earth's resources, the development of renewable energy has become an urgent task for the time being, such as: solar energy, hydro energy, wind energy, ocean energy, etc. According to the government's policy, "the share of renewable energy will grow to 20% by 2025", and Taipower's latest announcement is that the share of renewable energy in system power generation will be 5.8% by 2020, of which 2.5% will be solar energy.
The recently completed world's largest offshore solar power station "Changbin Lunwei East No. 1 and No. 2 Power Station" (with a total capacity of 181MW) took about one year to complete, and 600,000 solar modules were used to lay on the sea surface, equivalent to a land area of 176 hectares, and the solar panels on the water have a cooling effect, and the power generation capacity is 14% higher than that of the land roof.
In the first year, it is expected to contribute more than 250 million kWh of green electricity, which is equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 72,000 households a year. The construction process has successfully overcome the high challenges of "open and unstable waters" and "strong northeast monsoon" in the Lun Mei East area.
Due to the ebb and flow of the sea, the water level dropped up to 4 meters, and the strong northeastern monsoon, as many as 23 wind turbines were set up, making the project even more difficult.
In order to meet the needs of the project, the equipment must meet the following requirements:
(1) not limited by water level and muddy terrain
(2) load capacity
(3)Engaged in lifting operation
Hongsan Construction Machinery provided customized construction equipment to help complete the project, and took nearly four months to successfully modify the amphibious excavator. The project went smoothly and was finally completed with the establishment of the buoyancy power station.
