Magni started out in the 1950s with Mr. Pietro Magni, a manufacturer and technician by trade, and together with his sons founded a crane company and designed the FARGH 4000, Europe's first telescopic boom utility truck with a patented boom. In 1981, Mr. Riccardo took over from his father as president of the company and has made a significant contribution to the economy and technology, applying for more than 40 international patents and being the registered inventor of the patent.

In the second half of 2012, thanks to more than 30 years of accumulated technology and major technical improvements to meet new regulations and higher standards of safety for international customers, Magni telescopic boom utility truck was launched in 2013.

In 2023, Hongsan Construction Machinery officially partnered with Magni to develop the RTH, TH and HTH multi-purpose truck series. One machine can be used for multiple purposes and can be replaced with multiple accessories to make the work more efficient.
